In order for us to be able to assist you quickly and promptly, please give us as much information as necessary/possible, including:

  1. The name of the product/campaign concerned
  2. Your username/password if relevant/known
  3. The email address registered to the account
  4. Screenshots (of the whole screen, please, not just a small window), relevant URLs,  login credentials to relevant apps or a screenshot of the relevant info inside them.
  5. A copy of your purchase receipt with your transaction number (if relevant!)

Our official "open" hours are 9am to 6pm EST Monday-Friday and 9am to Noon EST Saturday & Sunday...but as our team is distributed worldwide - you may get a reply outside that time as well!
