You can update your payment method or cancel your subscription by following these 3 simple steps

  1. Go to https://app.paykickstart.com/billing

  2. Check your inbox for an email with subject:" Confirm Portal Access" ( from sender support@paykickstart.com )

  3. Log in and locate the product on the left menu, click on it then click on payment method

  1. Go to https://billing.groovesell.com/ and enter your email address

  2. Check your inbox for an email with subject: "Customer Portal Access" ( from sender GrooveSell with email address info@groovedigital.com )

  3. Locate the product, click on it and update the payment method
